Nursery Blog - 30/6/23

This week we have been busy carrying on with our summer theme although the weather has not been too great!

We made beach huts with art straws to go on our display. We also practiced our fine motor skills and pencil control by colouring in different sea creatures.

On Thursday it was Eid and we enjoyed a story in the school library from a lady from the library service. 

On Friday we went down to the big hall to watch the 'Hollywood Bollywood Fashion Show.' The children sat extremely well and they loved seeing there friends, sibling and parents take part. We clapped and cheered along and even had a dance to the drums and music. This afternoon we got chance to have a go at playing the drums ourselves. The children played them quiet and then they played them really loud. The children did very good listening and stopped when the man said stop and put his hand out.

Today we have also made Eid cards and mehndi hands. We also enjoyed lots of yummy party food!
