Autumn Days!

This week, in Reception Class, we have been discussing signs of Autumn. We have explored our outdoor area, to search for signs & changes. The biggest changes we found were lots of colourful leaves on the ground, there were lots of acorns too & some of us even made new friends with creepy crawlies! Whilst searching we have used this opportunity to incorporate Maths & counting. Some of the leaves we used to create leaf prints for our display in classroom or for making leaf necklaces. 

Whilst we all just love being outside, in all weathers, we also now have access to a sheltered area/classroom outside so we have been taking advantage of that too.
